Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by KNIKSTUDIO and to every agreement concluded (including remotely) between KNIKSTUDIO and the customer. By making payment, the consumer automatically agrees to these terms.

Article 6 – Payment and Delivery Time

The product is paid for fully in advance. We do this because making a custom table and bending it into the right shape is a lengthy process. We want every item to be perfect, and this takes a lot of time.

We always aim to ship the product within 5 working days, unless KNIKSTUDIO states otherwise by email.

It can of course happen that a package is occasionally delayed by our postal carrier, due to busy periods or strikes. We are not liable for this and we ask for your understanding.

If a product is no longer available, this will be communicated by email and the full amount will of course be refunded.

Article 7 – Delivery and Assembly

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer. If you accidentally provided the wrong address, send an email directly to info@knikstudio.nl within 2 hours of ordering. If it is later than two hours, please still contact us via the email address, but bear in mind that a shipment may already have been prepared and sent. In the case of a shipped order, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we can change the address.

The customer is responsible for correctly providing all information needed to deliver the product.

KNIKSTUDIO always wants to help find a solution if damage has occurred during delivery. We ship our products in large boxes with a full mould around them. It can of course happen that a product arrives broken; in that case, contact us immediately and we will think along with you about the best solution.
