So, last year, we hired this GEN Z marketing person (you know the type—totally secure in her entrepreneurial vibes) to help us figure out our brand identity. And she looks at us and says, ‘Who are you?’ …And we’re like, Are you kidding me? Where’s my trigger warning? Existential crisis much?!
